Inquiry + Details
01 —Let’s Dream A Little
Where are you dreaming of going? Who's going with you? When, and what's the general budget? This is just to get us started. Fill out a quick inquiry form and let the excitement begin.
02 — Getting To Know You
Once I receive your inquiry, I'll e-mail you a detailed questionnaire. This is where I really get to know you, your travel style, and everything that makes your perfect trip yours. The more you share, the better. From there, we'll connect for a 30-minute discovery call to go deeper, answer questions, and make sure we're the perfect fit. You'll end the call knowing exactly what working together looks like. No surprises, no pressure.
03 — Make It Official
Ready to go? You'll receive access to your personal The Amy Plan Portal, where you'll sign your planning agreement and submit your initial planning fee. Simple, seamless, and all in one place.

04 — Your Proposal Is Here
Within two weeks of our discovery call, your custom travel proposal arrives right in your inbox (sometimes two, if there are options worth comparing). Think curated hotel selections, flight options, cost estimates, and the start of your dream itinerary coming to life. Together, we’ll refine and adjust until it feels like we are on our way to perfect.
05 — Locking It In
With your proposal approved, this is where it gets really exciting. I start designing every detail — flights, hotels, reservations, experiences, and everything in between. Your final itinerary is delivered within two weeks of your departure date, giving you a complete day-by-day picture of your trip. We'll review it together, tweak anything that needs it, and once it's perfect, the remaining planning fee is due.
The Finale
06 — Bon Voyage + Farewell
Your bags are packed, your itinerary is flawless, and now, all you have to do is show up. I'll be here before, during, and after your trip. So whether you need something while you’re away or just want to tell me about how incredible it was, I've got you.
