The Beginning

Growing up, I was fascinated by these doll’s my mom had displayed in a cabinet. During the fifth grade, I learned who those dolls were, Anne Boleyn & King Henry VIII. I loved world history, but especially the era of Queen Elizabeth I. So, what started out as a simple school history project led my mom and grandma to take me, my brother, and sister to England & Wales. That trip changed everything because that trip, I got bit by the travel bug and developed a lifelong obsession to see the world.

My Legacy

I am often jetting off to a new destination experiencing new cultures, places, people, music, food, and of course history (that is not about the British monarchy but let’s be real, it often still is). When I am not traveling, I am home with Dan, my husband & favorite travel partner, & our two Australian Shepherds, Teka & Kora.

My Purpose

With a love + passion for travel + helping others, I knew I had to find a way to make this part of my legacy. You guessed it, The Amy Plan was founded. I know that I am incredibly fortunate to be able to travel the globe the way I have. To add to it, I have been able to do it with the people I love most, my family and friends. To own and operate The Amy Plan allows me to do that for clients and bring them the happiness, joy, love, peace, and human connection everyone deserves. Travel opens your eyes, heart, and soul. I want to share my gift and expertise in travel with all of you.

I am obsessed with my dogs

I was raised a country girl. As an adult, I left the country behind but it is why I appreciate nature when I travel. Now, I live in the ‘burbs of Boston where it I find it is the perfect balance.
